Why are so many people complaining about not getting an band that's new to Rock Band?

Well, we can't complain that it's generic dude-rock when it's got a metal vibe and female vocalist.

Can't complain that Harmonix hates the keys players that they're responsible for even allowing to be keys players.

Can't complain that it's been months since a female vocalist song showed up.

Can't complain about content amount, it's been overdone.

Can't complain about Pro guitar ratio, overdone.


Instead, we have to complain that it's an artist who has one of the songs in the top 50 downloads on XBL. WAH. What a horrible choice for Harmonix to make.

This week is for the female karaoke singers.

We all know and love them.

People laugh when I sign up for "Call Me When You're Sober", but I think I do a thoroughly credible job with it! The new album sold well but got dreadful reviews from the people I normally agree with, so I never sought out any of the songs. Maybe years from now, when I've already bought every track that I know well and know that I like, I'll check these out.

Not that I could buy it right away obviously because of the interruption, but still pass.

Some decent efforts, probably my fave since Megadeth. Thumbs up from me - SOMEBODY has to like modern music on the forums... i miss the "old people music sucks" vibe a wee while back that we had because at least then the critics of the choices for DLC were using humour to do so.

If you expect a new band every week you will be greatly disappointed.

I'm more confused by the comments that imply that music stopped being good on exactly December 31, 1979.

A year ago, we bemoaned the lack of 80's love from Harmonix, and now we're telling them to stop releasing 80's songs.
