Didn't Henry say a few weeks ago that this week will have a female fronted band?

It wasn't last week, but the week before. Can't remember if it was the prediction thread or the DLC discussion thread, but I know he said something about a female fronted band as DLC soon.

It will be Legend (full album) RB4 version. The DLC works only with RB4, and will defenetly outsell the Bob Marley 8-pack anyway.

Actually, it was last week. He didn't say for sure that it'd be this week, but that there would be two female fronted bands in the next few months or so.

I predict a 3-pack, all from one artist, one that has had 2-5 top 10 hits in the past 20 years (but none in the past 6). There's a 15% chance that it has a female singer. One of the songs will contain a pro guitar / pro bass upgrade. No legacy upgrades offered.

That Joan Jett 3-pack isn't happening any time soon, but it would be an instant purchase for me.

Really? I've never found Joan Jett songs to be all that fun on music video games.
