Looks cool, I will look forward to playing it
Ehh, looks okay, not for me, I'll buy to export the tracks to RB3

Matthew Nordhaus, project dir. on RBB ..." Rock band 3 still has a vibrant community that plays a lot and we see this (RBB) as an addition to the RB platform and another way, a different way of experiencing your games rather than a direct competitor."
Sorry I don't know how to do the link thingy, but hopefully you can find it. The interview was actually quite interesting.

Great, but what about an expansion pack for RB3? We want more tours!!!
Randomly throwing around the game's title doesn't automatically make this thread any more on-topic than anything in the request a feature thread.
I was going for option 2 but then i checked out this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lg7DV1ji30Y
Now it's a definite option 1, i love how it switches stems depending what instrument your on, bringing the drums up when you are riding the drums highway etc.Well done harmonix
There are some kids in my family that are kind of done with Rockband for now, (ugh) and have moved on to other games, however, when I showed them the Rockband Blitz Trailer last night, they freaked. They were really excited that they could play without instruments, and they loved the idea of including their own dlc, since they have a lot of it.
I'm thinking this is going to be quite populer with kids that just don't want to invest a lot of time into mastering plastic instruments. Yeah....they're kind of lazy that way![]()

Do we know yet whether this is it for RB this year. Or is there still a possibility of another more standard RB game that isn't RB4? It doesn't really matter to me. I'm okay with just getting RBB and more weekly DLC. I'm just curious as to if HMX has said anything about that.
Well I for one would like some hint or inkling or clue that the manufacture of plastic instruments (fresh plastic instruments) will have a new excuse at some point in any future.
As it stands now, all we have to go on his faith, hope and the longevity of the secondary market.

Clearly these new tracks are in RB3 format, which is why they can be exported to RB3 and no other RB game, can we all agree on that? What remains to be seen is if these tracks will some with Pro Keys and Harmonies. If a track appears in the game for "keys" for any of the new songs, then I would fully expect them to export with Keys already included. Pro Guitar / Pro Bass? I don't expect that they will come with those included, but I have to think that, as RB3-format tracks, it will be technically possible to offer them as an optional upgrade.
Maybe they are still deciding what will be included in the download package, which is why they haven't revealed these details yet. To say "probably", and then not do it? Clearly that would lead to a lot of angry people. Better to say nothing now, until everything is worked out for sure.
