    3. There are a lot of people who care, which may not be immediately apparent to you. "Leaks" damage relationships with bands and labels. They can create a lot of negative perception and give potential partners the impression their business won't stay under wraps. It disrupts plans to coordinate with 1st party, and it damages relationships with gaming press and mainstream media outlets who were counting on exclusives or carefully timed reveals. When "leaks" are obtained by breaking NDAs or violating 1st party security, that's an even larger issue.
Dunno if you can answer this, but have we lost any potential DLC due to leaks in the past?

What about the other way? Would HMx not consider working with bands/labels that let something slip themselves?

@Riles, I think they just mean the rb library in general, not blitz compared to rb3.

@hmxhenry, I feel truly sorry now as I think I got to ball rolling on talking about the leak(though I didn't mention names or songs until someone else brought them up). I had no idea leaks actually had a negative impact on relationships with labels/bands. The media, though bad for hmx, can go **** themselves.

The fact that people didn't know leaks were harmful is surprising to me.

I thought it was obvious :O
Too bad curiosity gets the better of me, and I can't help but be curious.

I knew they hurt when it came to the media(the big "exclusives" they reveal and such), but I didn't think labels/bands would care so much.

But RB3 doesn't export to RBB and RBB exports to RB3
Yes, but RBB isn't limited to 3000 songs.

Depends, those bands/labels could want a specific press release announcing it. If they did it could get a bit ugly.
