Indeed it is, and Nike could very well lose a contract because of that snooty jerk in the local outlet. Within certain contexts, that snooty jerk is as much the face of the company as the contract lawyers, and any bad impressions he gives could impact the rest of the company's operations.
This is especially true if someone is looking for any and every bargaining chip they can use. "I don't know, I mean, I'd like to pay $500,000 for this contract, but, you seem to have some employees with bad attitudes, and that makes me wonder how valuable your services really are. What say I pay $300,000?"
But of course we know no one in the music industry would ever do such a thing...
Old Navy? Pier 1 Imports? The ten thousand Sprint and Verizon kiosks at the local mall?(I'm having trouble thinking of single-brand goods shops that aren't food.)

No sales, the project I'm on just makes outgoing informational calls to people that have signed up to get those calls.
