Voice Chat is used for kids to sing while playing COD from my experiences. I don't use it very much, it's buried somewhere.

lol the other day I was playing Full House Poker online and this kid came into the game and was belting out Adele's Rolling in the Deep. He sang it for like 10 minutes. And I sang it with him the whole time "YOURE GONNA WISH YOU NEVER HAD MET ME!!".
