I'd be cool with a few newer Maiden songs, but Wrathchild would be my numero uno choiceio.

Of course opinions are opinions, but I feel Wratchchild would be terribly disappointing at this point. I wish I could get excited about that possibility, but I can't. With access to Maiden master tracks and so many amazing songs, it's just so lackluster by comparison, and it's so darn short. It's like an intro to a Maiden song. They play it at concerts, but it's really just for a quick burst of energy as a pace-changer. It's hardly the meat of the show.

Sitting down (so to speak) with the Maiden management getting access to other epics, and then coming away with just Wrathchild seems kind of a like a wasted opportunity. I can see why people like it as a song (I do too), but doesn't really hold a candle to other Maiden stuff.

I was dying for Maiden in a GH game after GH1, and was not a big fan of the choice back in GH80s, and am still not. It was probably the easiest one to cover without butchering, so I gave them a pass on it. I'm hoping for something else this time.

IF they chose Wrathchild, they better have committed to bringing the rest of the GH80s soundtrack as well (The Warrior & Shakin' in particular). Throw in Caught Up in You by 38 Special and I'll shut up about Wrathchild. Throw in Danger! High Voltage by Electric Six and I'll buy a copy on the PS3 as well. (that one likely narrowly missed the first E6 pack)

Wrathchild would be one of the harder Maiden drum songs because you'd have to a 16th on the hihat with one hand.

What we have all the maiden songs so far and just don't agree that Wrathchild's a good choice? We can't? In the name of who?!??

I don't remember Shakin' being in that game at all.

Yes Wrathchild would be a terrible choice. Not as terrible as it was back then when it was a disgrace getting that instead of Run to the Hills,2 Minutes to Midnight or Number of the Beast but obviously not as bad now. I think it should be Bring Your Daughter to the Slaughter.

Oh wow. I was kinda with you until the very end. Bring Your Daughter is probably the most embarrassing Maiden song there is and probably their lowest point. I try to forget it.
