If you're using the Rock Band Dashboard Facebook app, you can get matchmaking suggestions for people with similar DLC libraries under the Players tab.

Such a shame you could not link this to the website so that those who do not want to use Facebook could participate. I really do not want to share my home details with companies.

I presume the app also applies some kind of territory filter so you get to find people in the same timezone ?

Mine is currently giving me 10 suggested usernames, all of whom are on my platform and all of whom have 100+ DLC/RBN songs (not disc songs!) in common with me.

Thanks for bringing the RB Dashboard FB app to my attention. I have set that up. I'm also now a member of DLCQuickplay. Look for BEAMER3K there.

Same problem here. I'm linked and verified. On the Players tab I see Dashboard Friends (empty because none of my friends are using the app), Friends by Console ID (listing two people) and Suggested Friends at the bottom of the page with nothing under neath.

Nevermind, I'm stupid, never verified my account. Just did and now it shows me 10 people with similar DLC. Really cool feature. I didn't know it existed before today.

I see all the names descriptions like "This player has 180 DLC songs in common with you and plays 1970s Classic Rock most often." Is there any way to see what my description thingy is? I'm really just interested in seeing what my most played decade/genre is.

Unfortunately, there's no way to check that. I tried to see what my most played Genre was and I couldn't.

Yeah, it also told me my most played instrument was bass, and that's dead wrong. I can't even remember the last time I played bass.
