Well, after 6~ months with no signs of life, I decided to revive this thread. All previous unfulfilled requests have been finished (I think), and I've also tiered two megapacks for an additional flow of new content. The OP has been rewritten too -- I can only handle one request at a time right now, but at least I'll be able to update steadily.

I am really sorry that it took so long to get around to this. I know half a year is pretty inexcusable, but you know how life gets. <_> At least I have no more internet issues to get in the way.
