THREE New Green Day Albums. Future DLC for GD:RB?

Green Day just announced they're producing three albums at once, each titled !UNO!, !DOS!, and !TRE!, respectively. [See here: http://www.fuse.tv/2012/04/green-day...album-trilogy] They're due out September 25, 2012, November 13, 2012, and January 15, 2013. My question is, what does this mean for GD:RB? If we see any of the songs on these albums released as DLC (which considering Harmonix's relationship with Green Day, it's a definite possibility), will they expand GD:RB to support them? I have a feeling that support for that would be pretty low, but I'd love to hear thoughts.
    DLC Wishlist:
    [X] - Coldplay
    [] - More Muse
    [] - Jack's Mannequin/Something Corporate

Post RB3 tracks don't work with pre RB games. Also didn't they say that Green Day RB isn't getting any DLC ever?

This smells like a vanity project where the band never accomplishes much afterwards. Could this be the end of Green Day?

Yes, because Harmonix is the type of company who makes definitive, absolute statements like that.

I can only see a band having enough material for three albums in a 4 month span as a good thing.

I believe they did in this case

The work for Green Day: Rock Band was extensive. The animations were apparently made specific for each song, and there was special coding on the disc for the animations for the 6 RB2 DLC songs.

I'm pretty sure HMX said that due to the animation requirements, there wouldn't be extra Green Day DLC for their specific game and that any future Green Day songs released as DLC would be for "regular" Rock Band.

May 20th, 2012: 4 long years since HMX released "Hysteria" by Muse. The wait for more Muse DLC has to end at some point, right?

Unless HMX goes way out on a limb and releases some deep cuts from Nimrod or any earlier Green Day albums, I probably won't be interested in more material from them.
AsianSteev: if you can read this, put more Ska songs on the RBN! Please?

I know Harmonix previously stated there would be no DLC, but I'd honestly do anything for more Green Day: Rock Band DLC. It's definitely technically possible for an expansion pack, but still, in Harmonix's opinion, the game didn't sell very well at all (even though it still outsold Guitar Hero: WOR), so I really don't know if it would benefit them enough to go back and add to it.

This would seriously be a dream come true for me though... Green Day: Rock Band is easily my favorite music game of all time and it would be awesome to have some new songs, performances and possibly new achievements to play with.
