    Export Songs on Xbox 360

When I try to export the songs, I get an error saying that there is a problem with Xbox LIVE. The message is as following:
    (X) Xbox LIVE Marketplace
There's a problem with Xbox LIVE
    Marketplace, Please try again later.

    Status code: 800700E8

    OK
Is it just me getting this error or is there a problem that Microsoft or Harmonix has? The Xbox LIVE Marketplace was down 2 days ago, I think, but works now. I have successfully exported the songs from Rock Band (original) and shows up in LEGO: Rock Band in the Free Play and Story.
Are there other here who are experienced with this kind of error and knows a workaround?

Some solutions have been posted to this thread. At which point in the export process are you getting the error?

Thanks for showing me that thread. This post helped me solve my problem. I did just plug in a regular USB-stick, and moved the Licence to that, but kept the profile on the HDD, then it worked all of a sudden.

This worked beautifully! Surprised to find the export license in RB1 folder instead of LEGO RB though.

Rock Band 1, and probably 2 weren't coded to read from the LEGO folder, since such a thing didn't exist at the time. It was placed in Rock Band 1 so the export would work.
