I'd love to work with another group in some capacity, I just haven't really looked into doing it yet.
As for how to choose people, my XNA account doesn't expire for another month so I could make an example chart for people to look at and critique. It would also confuse my YouTube subscribers, so that should be fun.

Well "what I did" was disappear and completely stop all of my RBN work out of nowhere. Why that happened, I don't really want to get into.
