They were all pretty bad. Toby Keith in particular was a bad way to follow up Spongebob.

08: 10/20 = 50%
09: 42/42 = 100%
10: 10/21 = 48%
11: 16/21 = 76%
12: 6/13 = 46%

Quality:

08: Classic Rock 01 and The Mother Hips were great.
09: 09 was fantastic, REO/Styx is still one of the most fun packs ever and Nothings Shocking is one of the most fun albums for guitar ever, Keith is great to sing and Hautewerk, while put down a lot on the forums, is a VERY underrated pack with some fantastic songs. Add GnR to that and you have a perfect month. I would have to go back and look but this might be the only month in RB history where i got everything.
10: Never thought I would see solo Serj in RB, they are epically fun to sing.
11: Fleetwood Mac was really fun and KISS was much needed.
12: Well we finally got another female fronted band pack and Cinderella was pretty fun.

Result:

09 wins by a landslide not even close then 11, 10, 12 and 08.

Also true. MMB, I recommend you listen to the pack so you can cry about the lack of keys in Stop Start Again.
