I wouldn't call myself a super fan of the group (Haven't heard every song, never seen them live) but they're a solid group of artists. Both Subdivisions and Red Barchetta are the only songs where I wish I could play every instrument at once on my own.

.38 Special: "Hold On Loosely". Everyone has fun playing, which explains why it has a playcount of 69.
It's spelled "Squier." Stop spelling it like someone who is in training to be a knight.

Mine is Landslide, about 30 plays. I started playing it every session to get the HOPO-cidal achievement.

I mainly play solo, and I asked my friend his top played songs and they were like in the 70's and he plays way less than me but usually with family. We did a test and on PS3 a play count is added for each player playing. I have a Xbox 360 and haven't confirmed this for it.
I want Rock Band: Japan...(or Japanese DLC)

I think my most played song is still This Bastard's Life. Ugh that song is so difficult on EVERYTHING. When I was still playing Hard Guitar and trying to transition to Expert, this one held me back for a long time. Bass is equally a nightmare. Then I started playing Keys and wow, that is waaaaay hard, and I was still on Hard. Pro Keys on hard is acceptable and Expert Pro Keys is nowhere near fun. Vocals is ok, but because I'm not too great, I don't do too well. Same for drums; acceptable for my skill level.

Overplaying this song is why it's my most played song.

I'm sure mine is still Red Barchetta. I occasionally play it nowadays.

My top song is "Heart of Glass" with about 80. That probably represents "only" about 30 actual play-throughs though, as PS3 counts 1 song with 4 instruments active as 4 plays. I also used that song to work on harmonies, and then later to build up my rudimentary pro keys skills, and now I always play that song when there's a full band over, to show off those skills!

I'm sure that some of the Dance for the Dying songs will show up in my top 5 soon enough. As it turns out, I pledged money to them to help fund their next EP, and in return they promised to record a cover version of a song and put it on YouTube, dedicated to me. The song I picked? "Heart of Glass"! They said they would show my how Blondie SHOULD have done it ... hmmm ... I am eagerly awaiting to see what they come up with.
