Because you took a poll, amirite?
There were plenty of people that posted in my thread that they would snap up my ideas if implemented. You want to ignore them, that's fine. They aren't exactly a poll either, but PLEASE don't pretend you know what the majority wants without ANY evidence to back it up other than your pomposity.

Plenty of people? Like how many? Ten? There's not even 5,000 active members, compared to the several million copies of RB2 floating around. Let's say there were 2 million people at the height of RB2. There were more, but let's say. You've got a 0.25% attach rate to your RPG idea if every single active member bought it.

And I said that my thread wasn't a poll. I'm not the one that presumes to have his finger on the pulse of the majority as you have just claimed to.
After all you have just appointed yourself spokeman for "the majority" two posts ago. Based on what only you could imagine.
Is that just the majority of people that play this game or 51%+ of the entire world population you're representing?
What an awesome responsibility it must be, You're Haughtiness.

Before even worrying about what HMX might have in store...gotta see what the consoles offer first, make choice based on that (if PS4 is compatible with everything I have now, that'd be where to go. If not...then figure out which does what to appeal to me better) save up the mucho $$$$$$$$ to buy one... then hope the first run of next gen works right.... THEN worry about games![]()

Chk it out HMX!
You really need to have a talk with yourself.I can understand the objection to the fact that a few people on the forum have no relevance on the actual success of the game in the marketplace. I can't understand how you would say that the concept is wrong without having you just saying that you think you're right. In example, did you read any studies done on popularity of MMORPG? I'm seriously asking, I'm interested in understanding why you think this is wrong as a concept.
I've always thought the Dance Central engine could be generalized for other purposes, I wonder if this is a step along those lines.
The software basically judges your movements and compares them against a recorded script, there is no reason they couldn't change the script from a dance routine, to an action sequence, a battle, chase scene, etc. and put a storyline behind it.
