"Prowler" is great as well, that and "Sanctuary" would be in next 3 after the ones I listed in my last post most likely along with "Revelations", "To Tame a Land", or "Where Eagles Dare".
I forgot Prowler...it would be very close to my top 3 requested Maiden songs, especially with pro upgrade. It has one of the best Maiden riffs. Purgatory is an amazing song too and wouldn't mind any of those songs from Piece of Mind you mentioned They are great also. Just too many amazing songs left to choose.

If we are ever lucky enough to get more songs from the first two albums I hope they are DiAnno (studio) versions.

Indeed, there's still a whole lot of great of great songs left that you'll always seem to leave out some. More Di'Anno studio tracks would be icing on the cake since we got my favorite one last week.

with maiden, the deeper cuts can be pretty awesome...Id love to see hmx dig into some of miaiden's contemporary, post 7th son stuff. Much of it is just plain awesome. I'd be happy with anything though....here's hoping we get at least one more pack

Ok so the guitar line bashing against the walls of my cranium was actually infinite dreams (I had the sheet music and checked), but it was also a mashup with something else too, go figure.
With all this Di Anno talk you got me thinking, I generally prefer the Dikinson era Maiden, but I actually consider them 2 separate bands ... Then again I lost interest after Fear of the Dark ... So going back to wish list pro-upgrades etc etc ... I'll ad prodigal son because it's a Di Anno song and rather atipical as far as Maiden goes.
    • To Tame a Land
    • Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner
    • Prodigal Son

"Purgatory" is my favorite Di'Anno track, period. There are more awesome riffs in that one song than a lot of bands do in entire albums. Also a huge fan of "Remember Tomorrow," it's so moody and cool. I'd take any Maiden from any era, I love most of their discography with a few exceptions ("Bring Your Daughter to the Slaughter" is painful).

The more I think about it, the more I wonder if HMX will avoid the obvious choice for the Blitz track ("Wrathchild") and go for something with a strong keyboard part. If that's the case, I'd say "Moonchild" or "Heaven Can Wait" have the best chances. There's a lot of support on the forum for "Caught Somewhere in Time," which is a great song, but I don't think that would be the first one they'd go to. I'm also a big fan of "The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner," that's like the ultimate unappreciated Maiden deep cut.
