DLC Prediction Thread, for 5/18 announcement of 5/22 DLC

So it's kind of a big one this week.

Der_Lex has said numerous times over the past week-plus that this is a pretty major announcement. He has left borderline-taunting posts to whet our collective appetites, such as this one where he says it will be difficult for this DLC to be topped at any time over the remainder of this year. I can't find the exact post, but I also recall him saying a week ago at this time that while the very next announcement would make one particular forum member beside himself with joy (Paramore/Cipher), that the next announcement (this coming one) would get a lot more forum members excited. Lex also wrote the blog entry for this DLC, which leaves me thinking 'kind of a big deal' all the more.

HMXPope is also very excited about this announcement. Anyone know his tastes? I can't find a linkifiable reference, but I believe Doc_SoCal has said something similar (he can correct me if I'm wrong...or not, I guess, if it falls under the 'no hints' thing). Where do those three's tastes intersect?

I have a pretty good idea I know what it is, and I'll give my idea in a reply in a little while.

Also, Rock Band Blitz will announce a new artist appearing in the game, during the podcast. Regrettably, the word "tasty" in Pope's post is not a hint. But maybe the word "Spoon" in HMXMister_Game's post is

Well unfortunately, since we already had one redheaded female fronted band in last week, I wouldn't hold my breath for Garbage this week.

One more hint you may want to add to the op. HMXhenry said during the livestream that the DLC will not cost 440 MSP. So either bigger than a 3 pack or singles.

Edit: oh yeah henry also said in the Paramore discussion thread that one of the songs is longer than 12 minutes, and Lex added that none of them are under 5 minutes.
