What's so great about beer?

I love the Michigan beer scene. There are also a lot of good breweries up north, namely in Traverse City. I've visited a few of them and it is pretty cool.
Keweenaw Brewings' Pickaxe Blonde Ale is a favorite of mine when i go up north, for sure. Also there is a killer bar in TC were you van get your beer in a giant boot, lol.

Yeah, Short's is probably the best in the TC area, but I agree that Keewenaw is a pretty solid brewery (especially for being out in the middle of nowhere). Am particularly fond of their Widow Maker Black Ale.

The Caduceus Cellars wine? I've had one of them before, was quite good (the Primer Paso).
