It's a cover? Well then, if we can have 2 different versions of Tom Sawyer, Working Man, and Limelight, then I think we can vote on a 2nd version of Heroes.

In game, covers are stated as "As Made Famous By". That pretty much says that the song isn't performed by the master artist but by a cover group. Jimi Hendrix's cover of "All Along the Watchtower" is a different story, because he made the song original to him. Unlike the "As Made Famous By" covers, they are made to sound as close to the original as possible to recreate the particular song. No matter how close the cover sounds, it doesn't ever feel quite the same.

Anyways, the main point that I'm trying to get at is that yes, "Heroes" is allowed along with all other master versions of covered songs in game.
