The issue is you need to connect your drum kit to a PC and use software to reroute the midi input (and probably change the channels) to a midi-out usb cable. I have a vague idea of how I'd go about doing this under Linux, and it'd be really technical, in windows I wouldn't know where to start ...

In all this though please consider that you'd be adding bucket loads of latency to the signalling probably making the whole thing unplayable ...

My advice is that you try and acquire an ION drum brain and use that instead.
