Behind Showbiz, I definitely consider The Resistance to be their weakest release, despite being the most ambitious (it falls really flat on many levels for me). And this is coming from one of the biggest 1984 fans under the sun.

I do like their Depeche Mode song (Undisclosed Desires), but it'd probably be done better by Depeche Mode.
