Playing online with another person singing problem.

Hi, how do I play Beatles Rockband online with a friend just using mics.Whenever I try to join her game (she's using a mic) and I'm using a mic it says that I'm unable to join with my current instrument.How do I fix this?

You cannot play any Rock Band game with multiple singers on different consoles. If you want harmony gameplay, everybody must be in the same room.

For the record, the game knows what it's doing. When it says you can't join with your current instrument, that means you can't join with your current instrument, and need to try with another.
