    Audio problems!! Help !!

For many months on Rock Band 3, when I start a song, if there's a intro without drums, the intro volume is really high, but always when the drums come in on the song, the volume drops really low. It's quite annoying. Does anybody have this problem? Or can someone help? I've tried to look the audio settings but I cant find how to change it..

Its either down to the mixing the devs have used to make other parts of the song stand out more, or its down to your setup.

Does it happen to older content? If it does, its likely to be your setup.

Without listing what you have its hard to say, but if you are using standard tv speakers, your tv might have an Auto volume levelling function which is supposed to quiten down when the audio gets too detailed and full for the speakers to cope. You can usually turn that off in the sound menu, possibly changing the sound preset to 'music'.
Come on lets give these 5 artists some DLC love please!

    Bruce Springsteen
    Mumford and Sons
    Fine Young Cannibals
    Ocean Colour Scene
    Feeder

I have checked both on mine, and both are fine and i even reset my sound system to default and still it doesn't work.
(If i play with people online, the guitar sound will random disappear [get really low to where i can't even hear it at all], and every other instrument will get louder. Guitars been the most obnoxious so far.)

Okay something audio is happening now.
(and i didn't want to start a new thread)
Tried playing Alice Cooper- Schools Out (live) twice.
And on ps3 i used to hear the hammeron and pulloffs you play throughout the song, but all i can hear is when the main riff is on. and barely in the background i hear the hammerons (which is really hard to even hear itself) but the vocals seem to get louder.
I have checked all my sound settings and they are all up to the max.
any suggestions? I use surround sound and never had problems before a few months ago (on both xbox and ps3)

Do you know if your cables are wearing out?

I only glimpsed over the other comments, but this is very obviously the effect of audio on an analog television. This happens a lot.
