Spoonman and Give It Away are essentially confirmed. Yes.

While they were on the leak, anything could have happened that could have kept them off. The leak could have been an older setlist version. They could have been in the process of getting the songs but something happened. Etc.

So while likely, I wouldn't call it 100%.

If far-reaching hypotheses are the only way to propose something is not true, it probably is true. That is to say, grasping at straws is rarely productive.

We have a couple unlikely-to-be-just-guessed songs from the leak confirmed and Harmonix has heavily hinted at those two songs returning in the future.

Yes and I completely agree, but your first paragraph works against your reasoning as well. We have no proof we are getting the songs, just a guess based on some random person's pictures/list. Yes he/she has been right so far, but it is not fact as far as we know. Said person could have changed some songs, was using a possibly outdated list, etc.

It is neither known fact(outside hmx) that we are or aren't getting them. But as I said it is very likely we are.

My first paragraph does not work against my reasoning at all. It is clear that the list was more than just guessing or fake at this point. The leaked list is shaping to be true, songs from it have been confirmed. That is not a hypothesis, that is a reality. Suggesting some of the leak is correct and other parts are not is reaching.

The hypothesis is that the whole list is real/true. We have no actual evidence that says the remaining songs are 100% going to be on blitz.

Like I said, there are a number of legit reasons some/all of the remaining songs could be fake/not on blitz. Just like there is a legit reason to think they are real/true. But in the end, both are just guesses/hypotheses based on partial info.

Four of the ten songs on the list have been announced. Supposing that the remaining songs from the list will also be in the game is a pattern, a logical conclusion. It is neither far-reaching nor grasping at straws, per my post, it is the overwhelming likelihood. The only reasons one could present to suggest the rest of the list is not true are completely speculative and contest that overwhelming likelihood with no evidence.

That's all I was saying. Yes it is very very likely, but things could have happened or some/all of the songs left could have been fake/wrong to begin with(highly unlikely for 2 of them given the vid that surfaced).

WE don't know 100% for sure for a fact beyond a shadow of a doubt. We've had lists before(the oxm list; the pre rb1 list; the pre rb2 list; etc.) that had some songs that we got and some we never did.

Just because we are getting song x off the list doesn't mean song y is a lock. Odds are good but things have happened before and could happen again.

99% this is happening? Sure, but until hmx says yes, WE can't be 100% sure.

And I'm one of the main ones that started believing the list before songs were announced off of it. I was the one saying hmx was acting funny about the list in a way that points to its validity. I like most of the songs that have yet to be announced(only 1 I don't).

I'm not trying to shoot down the list. But none of US can say it's 100% true because WE don't know.
