Well the FujiSkunk iPod score remains at 0, as it has every week since the Eddie Money track. But I'll buy all three for the keys, and I just might pick up the Anarchy Club track if it has keys too.

The roomie will like seeing "Fireflies" in the game. Actually I kind of like that one too, so there's a possibility it'll show up in a future FujiSkunk iPod score.

But in the meantime, I'm still looking forward to the B-52's, John Parr and Blitz!

A lot of people would say "Two Tickets to Paradise" is a lot more "classic rock" than "Alone." Opinions are funny, no?
It's all right. Everything will work out fine.

You should know by now that it's pointless to talk to Cipher about music and how wrong he is.
Oh, but people can learn, and grow up. As a musician (sort of), I feel that I can teach him something, or at least change the way he listen to music.

Not a bad week at all, but I'm disappointed QOTSA wasn't a pack with maybe some stuff from Rated R. I'm not that big on In My Head, and I still need to get Little Sister and Sick, Sick, Sick so I'll put off getting that until I grab the other two. Fireflies and The Adventure are likely buys next week for me though.

I consider them both Classic Rock

Also this year has been the best year of DLC so far. Keep up the amazing work, HMX!

Dude, you make some of the most off the wall comparisons.

I sometimes think your comparisons are some of the most mind twisting posts in these threads because the logic leaps would make Evel Knievel say "even I'm not gonna jump that".

*Waits patiently for the obligatory "I don't know who that is" post*
May 20th, 2012: 4 long years since HMX released "Hysteria" by Muse. The wait for more Muse DLC has to end at some point, right?

They've released a lot of radio friendly bands this year that Cipher likes.

Paramore, for him. 3 songs from them in one year? We could get DLC that comprised of people reading names out of the phone book for the rest of the year and he'd still say 2012 was the best RB year ever.

For me, Iron Maiden was pretty awesome but other than that, it hasn't been so hot. Oh well, still got six months to go.

But I have never heard 'Alone' on a classic rock station.
When "most" people ask for classic rock they are talking about "Rolling Stones, Styx, Journey , LZ, Pink Floyd, Heart, those type bands. NOT Eddie Money, granted 2 Tickets came out in late 70's but Eddie Money as a whole is NOT classic rock by the PURE definition....
Its been almost 3 years since any new Alice In Chains DLC. ....

So do I, and I grew up during that era. But, you know, opinions.

"PURE definition." That's a good one.

Eddie Money's heyday paralleled the heydays of Styx, Journey and Heart. He is as classic rock as the rest of them.
