Apple uses parts from its competition all the time. Actually everyone does. Microsoft would just have to pay Sony to use the Blu-Ray which I find entirely plausible.

I have to agree with you. I don't see how it's possible they would include a Kinect and a Bluray drive with the entire console at that price point.
