"Guitar Hero" has you play with the same instruments as Rock Band (hold for the keyboard/Harmonies) yet it is not called "Band Hero" (Except for that one, but that was just a really bizarre marketing ploy), my point is the name of the video game is completely irrelevant to its genre, and the Rock Band encompasses, as far as I can tell, pretty much every genre possible, and I thank Harmonix for that kind of dedication. The fact that you can play Carrie Underwood and Anthrax in the same game is an achievement in itself.
Thanks Harmonix for funally giving us Sublime/311/FoS/MB20! LOVE YOU GUYS!
Now please give me The Ting Tings!

I'm not attempting to go against the grain. I actually like country music in general. Am spending all day Saturday and Sunday at a big country music festival.

So what's the real ROCK announcement for all of us thousands of loyal ROCK fans waiting to play more ROCK music in our all-time favorite ROCK game titled ROCK BAND? There's no way a company can actually be this out of touch with their core customer base right?
This is my favorite so far... You know country sells huge right?

Yeah June this year has been one of the worst Rock Band months ever, May was miles and miles better. pretty underwhelming beginning to the summer, lets hope July can make up for this, but somehow I doubt it. I just want to play those Rock Band Blitz songs in Rock Band 3 already!!!

Nice get for Harmonix & Rock Band! You can't deny that Carrie has mass appeal. That said, I will remain at 1,499 songs another week. Hopefully my wish comes true and Jimi's "Star Spangled Banner" pushes me to 1,500 on July 3.

Yet another week of nothing for me. At least the wife will be happy. I have not had a week since Bush. Things are getting quite stale in Rock Band Land.

Well, the full quote in context is a lot more ominous sounding.

"Let me preface this by saying that the well HAS NOT run dry, but it is worth asking how deep the well is."
    -HMXHenry

Which as much as says "The well isn't dry yet, but it's getting awfully close to dry. We're one Kool and the Gang song and one Queen album deepcut from dry."

I think anyone who says "It's called ROCK Band" needs to take a "ROCK and Roll" history class.

They will be shocked to discover that ROCK has it's roots in BLUES, FOLK music and *gasp* COUNTRY.

Seriously, if the music this week isn't to your liking, DON'T BUY IT! IT IS 100% OPTIONAL CONTENT! HMX isn't going to break into your house, steal your stuff, kick your dog, eat your food and hold you at gunpoint and force you to buy this DLC.

Everyone who doesn't like it needs to go outside and see some daylight/get some fresh air. Then, when they go back to their caves (which for some reason have internet), they need to play another game for the next 6 days so they can get through their mid-week crisis.
May 20th, 2012: 4 long years since HMX released "Hysteria" by Muse. The wait for more Muse DLC has to end at some point, right?
