Pitch correction is like a poor man's autotune. It doesn't change how the game scores you, it just changes what comes out of the speakers when the game add the vocalist's voice into the mix by altering the pitch to the nearest note. It doesn't really make people sound much better, but just different; it only really helps if someone's ever so slightly off-key.
It also only works when playing solo vocals with one microphone.


), but I just can't believe it could work well enough to make a person whose pitch is not correct to sound correct on the fly. Any info on this would be appreciated.
