I can't go to the music store?!

Hey guys,

I have The Beatles: Rock Band European version and I completed all songs in the game so I tried many times to go to the music store and buy other songs but every time I tried it gives me the same response that
"No The Beatles: Rock Band Music Store content found. Connecting to The Beatles: Rock Band Music Store may be disabled on your PlayStation network account due to parental control restrictions" even though I have turned off all parental controls.

So what's the solution here?

Not sure why it wont work but you should be able to find the songs on the Play Station store.
