Bloom - Photosynthesis first impression

Fire & Gold
Starts out with a nice piano riff and the guitar and drums kick in.the singers voice is nice. I'm really enjoying it so far. The piano sounds great. Nice little guitar solo. And it's over. Cool song. I liked it

Heart Attack
Starts right away with not much of an intro. Guitar is prominent in this one but the piano is still backing beautifully. I feel a solo coming on... nope. Now it's over. It really felt like it could use a nice piano solo at that part near the end but it was still a nice song.

Photosynthesis
Awesome piano intro. I like the chorus. Definitely something that would be fun to sing along with. I'm already singing along and this is my first time hearing it. Guitar solo time with some "oooh"s thrown in. I can see this song getting stuck in my head in the future (in a good way ). Best song yet.

Alibi
Nice intro with a cool guitar. Piano kinda over powers everything in this one (never a bad thing ). The guitar still sounds great though. This song reminds me of a Shaimus song. It ends with a neat piano solo.

Cause of Pain
Starts slow. Sounds like this one will be a slower song than the rest... maybe not, the guitar kicked in. The drums before the chorus sound really great. Nice little guitar solo. There's those drums again. The lyrics are a little "meh" but the song was cool.

Shy
Starts with a slower piano. Reminds me a bit of the music from The Sims. Here come a little guitar but I'm still not hearing any bass or drums (not that that's a bad thing). The lyrics are nothing new "I'm lonely when I'm without you" type of thing. And it just kinda stopped. Weakest song yet but it was alright.

Crossroads
Yet another beautiful piano intro. "Life sucks but if I stay positive and believe it will be great!". "Spread my wings and soar!". Okay this song is kinda lame. The piano sounds great but the rest is kinda meh.

How Dare You?
Guitar seems like more of a focus here. Nice piano solo but not much else to really talk about. It was better than Shy but really wasn't special.

Fight for Greatness
I've heard this song a million times. The guitar intro is just freaking beautiful. Hell the guitar throughout is amazing and definitely the focus here. The singer hits those high notes well. And here is the fantastic guitar solo. Such great guitar work here. Keys getting some spotlight now. And here come the thumping drums. What a great song.

No Storm Lasts Forever
Last song. Very nice intro. Hitting those high notes again. Piano again sounds great. Clearly this is a piano heavy band. I wish they made more use of the guitar because Fight for Greatness proved they can do it well. That piano solo was a bit short. And it's now over. It was alright.

Well that's it. It was kind of a pain to do the whole album. Usually I just listen to an album while going about my day without thinking too much about it.

Well here is the order of songs from most liked to most unliked. Really I liked every song here and I'm sure after a few more listens the order will change, but for now...
