What band did you go see for your first concert?

My first concert was the opening night (2nd leg of the Tour) in Tucson, Arizona of the Motley Crue Dr. Feelgood World Tour '89/'90 on November 16, 1989. The opening band was Warrant, just FYI.

Curious on what other people went to go see as their first live concert.

My first concert was the Roger Waters Wall Live Tour '11/12 in Denver, on May 7th, 2012. No opening band.

and it was very insane, and very good too.

I guess my first official concert was NiN for their *Beside you in time* tour. Saw them at the Bell Center in Montreal.

My first really big concert (attended by more that 5,000 people) was the Jonas Brothers. I saw them at the Scotiabank Place in Ottawa during their 2009 tour.

    And it.

    Was.

    EPIC.
So long, farewell, Auf Wiedersehen, good night.

Disturbed and Damageplan on the Believe album tour at Starland Ballroom back when I was like 12/13.

It was a few months before Dimebag was shot, so I'm one of the lucky that can say they've seen Dimebag perform live before his untimely death.

The only one I've ever been to was some mall concert tour in 2009. It was some pop band I don't remember and the only reason I went was because they had a Guitar Hero 5 demo there. I really do want to go to another concert sometime soon though, but most of the bands I like are either British, or haven't been here in years. (Like a certain Power Pop band I'm obsessed with...)
Big thanks to AskariNari for bringing one half of The Posies to Rock Band!
