Is there any reason why we have yet to see any national anthem appear as either mainstream DLC or RBN DLC?
Personally, I'd like to see the Guitar Hero version of "The Star-Spangled Banner" by Steve Ouimette, but I doubt that will ever happen.

God Save the Queen is in the English Rock Anthems by Richard Campbell on the RBN so I'm sure it's Public Domain. Now we just need a band to record a cool version of it.
