Unless you quickly play through the game the sell it when it's relatively new (which I never do) the resale value is negligible.

I bought the RB3 download as well when it came out. It's the best selling Game on Demand. I play it so much that it's particularly nice not to have to deal with its disc.

I don't think I would consider 10-30 dollars negligible. If I'm never going to play it again why would I keep it? I used to be a collector of games but in the end it just becomes clutter. Digital Distribution needs to be considerably cheaper then a disc based product due to it's lack of resale IMO... but I digress from the point of this thread.

I decided that from now on I'm waiting for "Games on Demand" downloads of any game I'm interested in since no longer play multiplayer shooters (for which you really need to learn the nooks and crannies of all of the maps early if you want to be competitive). This prompted me to upgrade, and since I was interested in Kinect I upgraded to a "slim" at the same time, selling my old Jasper Elite to a friend.
I have a 60 gig HDD. I don't have the money atm to upgrade it. I have a little over a gig free and some stuff I can delete.

The game itself probably isn't much. The songs are a second item.
