    Very strange keyboard problem

About up until an hour ago, my keyboard was working perfectly.
Then i went and bought the following two songs:
    We Belong- Pat Benetar
Shadows in the night- Pat Benetar
It seems now all of a sudden my OD Pedal doesen't work for some reason.
I have tried resetting my system (PS3 Btw) and nothing.
Tried resyncing the keyboard, switching batteries and still no luck.
Does anyone have a clue at what might be wrong?
    Any help would be appreciated!

Did you try unplugging and replugging (or changing) the OD pedal? Does the OD button still work?

I agree with Loopychew, it might just be that your pedal has flaked on you by coincidence.

I tried that, and tested 5 different pedals and nothing.
all the pedals were fine with the drums.
and yes the OD button and touch strip still work.

Unless there are other PS3 players in the same boat I might consider that your pedal jack on the keyboard might be on the fritz. Can you borrow a friend's for testing?

Unfortunately no, but I Think you may be right.
I Wanna try to unscrew the KB and see if the plugs loose.
Do you happen to know how to remove the top half of the keyboard safely? it's all unscrewed but I dont want to break it.

I ran into this problem when I was taking a keyboard apart for painting. There's a screw hidden under the rubber circle in the tip of the "handle". Remove that without tearing it up too much and get that last screw out and it will come apart easily.

Opened, but how do I determine the problem with the socket?
