Classic rock isn't really a genre, more of it being a label used by radio stations.

When I think of "modern rock", I do not think of anything even remotely resembling "bluesy music".

What's HMX's "loose"? Or did you mean "losing"? In that case, it should've been "you're", too. But I digress. Don't buy it. What's so bad about The Black Keys?

to be fare, it is easy to get tired of a band like the black keys when all you get to play is the guitar part and now the bass part if you pay more. to me the black keys aren't worth it without the drums included.

So the Rolling Stones 2005 album "A Bigger Bang" is modern rock, their 1997 album "Bridges to Babylon" will be classic rock in a few years, and all their albums before that are classic rock?

I guess if it's just used as an excuse to group decades together I understand... but then saying "I like modern rock" kind of means you like some "classic rock" also. My point is, the label is dumb and the Black Keys remind me of something you would hear on "Classic Rock Radio".

There has been loads of variety over the past twelve weeks. We've gotten everything from alternative to new wave to country to metal to just plain ol' rock. So if you couldn't find one song to enjoy, maybe you should broaden your horizons. Because Harmonix has done a great job at offering variety.

As for the Black Keys everyone to there own I suppose they just bore me - so yeah I won't buy it
but as it's the DLC Discussion page, I thought I'd throw in my 2 pence worth

I'm just disappointed in Harmonix a little at the moment 12 weeks is long time without even 1 song that I like - when something usually comes around at least once a month or more
