So you have to know every song a band releases to love them?

    That is absurd.

Love to me is a pretty strong word to use when talking about whether or not you like a band. Secondly if you LOVE Queen how would not know the first song from their freaking multi-platinum album A Night At The Opera.

I would've been alright if he just said "I like Queen", but he said "love", which to me sounds like something a real fan would say, not someone who only casually likes the band.

It is alright the way the person said it.

Now you are blowing him off as not being a real fan? More absurdity.

Honestly I don't see how someone who says they LOVE Queen doesn't know Death On Two Legs.

I mean sure it's not a single but it's a huge fan favorite and I'd say to just "like" a band you have to be only into the singles.

If you love them you at least try to dig deeper past what you could hear 24/7 in public.

Saying you love a band and not knowing one song is better than saying you love a band and only listen to 8 of their songs.

Then you are not being honest with yourself.

Why people try to dictate other peoples feelings is beyond me. This person loves Queen no matter how much you are trying to tell them otherwise.

But you go ahead and pat yourself on the back for being a "real fan".

    • Barenaked Ladies – “One Week”
    • Collective Soul – “Shine”
    • Elton John – “I’m Still Standing”
    • Foo Fighters – “These Days”
    • Foster the People – “Pumped Up Kicks”
    • Fun. ft. Janelle Monáe – “We Are Young”
    • Great White – “Once Bitten Twice Shy”
    • Kool & The Gang – “Jungle Boogie”
    • Iron Maiden – “The Wicker Man”
    • Living Colour – “The Cult of Personality”
    • My Chemical Romance – “Sing”
    • Queen – “Death on Two Legs”
    • Quiet Riot – “Metal Health (Bang Your Head)”
    • Soundgarden – “Spoonman”
    • Red Hot Chili Peppers – “Give It Away”
    • Rick Springfield – “Jessie’s Girl”
    • Tears for Fears – “Shout”

I'd certainly buy these, and possibly some of the others. Obviously, I love the setlist. I'm not a fan of Fall Out Boy or Maroon 5, but I can safely say that I'll play all of these songs. No one lighters for me. Can't wait to get the game. Unfortunately I'm moving that day, so I don't know how much time I'll have to play. Maybe I can use it as incentive to get more people to help me move. "But we have 25 new Rock Band songs to play when we finish..."

    IF they were singles:

    • Barenaked Ladies – “One Week”
    • Collective Soul – “Shine”
    • Fun. ft. Janelle Monáe – “We Are Young”
    • My Chemical Romance – “Sing”

That is all in terms of my 'OMG INSTA BUY'. So even if I do pick up RB again, guess Blitz will not be gracing my purchase list. Even for a favorite band (CS).

Not at all interested in Blitz as a stand alone game, and guess for me it'd not be that glorified track pack. Oh well, no biggie.

Seriously though, how do you LOVE a band and not know all of their music? I think what you meant to say was "sorta like".
    This is sarcasm, right?
There's no way you can be this serious saying something like this.

Wow, you are being serious about this. I love Queen. They're my 6th favorite band of all time and Death on Two Legs was the last non Rock Band song by Queen that I know. YOU don't tell me how much I can or can't love a band. And real fan? Really?!?

I've loved Queen since before I've listened to Death on Two Legs which was a few months ago. And there's no requirements for liking or loving a band. It all depends on how the person feels about it.

I see no problem with this.
