First off, thanks Magnet for replying. I totally get the deal about OD white notes. I very much enjoy that I can switch tracks and gain energy on various tracks.

What I meant was, the meter that fills up every time you hit notes correctly and then automatically sends you into overdrive (or what looks more like hyper speed on Blitz lol.) It fills up little by little on the top of the screen.

It seems to reset every time I switch tracks because I essentially missed a note when I switched to another track because most of the time it is on top of a note on the new track. Since you donīt always have the ability to wait until there are no notes on the next track, was there any thought to have an invulnerability protection for when you switch to a new track. So that this would not happen as frequently?

Kinda of like how they put the five second delay when returning from pause in other games, or how in RB 3, the track reverses a little bit so that you are more prepared for the notes ahead and it does not mess up your multipler.

That "hyper mode" is Blitz mode. It activates when you hit so many notes in a row with out missing. Ive switched tracks frequently with out missing a note so it just takes getting used to

Ah, now I understand. I think staying in Blitz mode is part of the intended challenge. One of the track power-ups, Synchrony, is designed to help you stay in Blitz mode. But I don't think it's too difficult to stay in Blitz mode without it for the most part, as long as you time your track switches well. Familiarity with the controls by practicing should go a long way toward helping you keep hitting all the notes when you're switching tracks.

You can hit the note on a track switch VERY late and have it count to keep you in Blitz.

It is VERY forgiving, you just gotta get the hang of it.

I would like to publicly state that Magnet is a friggin Phenom at this game and I am pretty sure that he may be a cyborg.

Not that there is anything wrong with that...

That sentence is a big relief for me. I was concerned that the coin supply would be finite without delving into the Facebook functionality, which is something I have no interest in doing.

    That's cool, too. And smart.

You can also use powerups to help get around this. If there isn't a blank space on the track for me to switch lanes, I usually make one.

Good one, the bottle rocket is very effective at creating said space.

Does anyone know which version of "So Far Away" is in Blitz? Is it the full album version with the nice acoustic breakdown in between the solos, or the shortened radio edit?
