This. It could be a lot longer.. only a couple more days. I can wait. I probably won't play the actual game much, just can't wait to play Death on Two Legs in Rb3.

If anyone gets a extra PS3 code I will gladly accept it. I will also buy up to a three pack of your choice.

First gold star was Last Train to AwesomeTown, an RBN title.

The guitar part is mostly double chord sustains, which are worth a TON of points. Add on Jackpot (triple points) and Super Guitar (double points) and its a good choice if you're looking to get that gold star achievement.

First gold star on Cult of Personality. Number of tries: lost track after 10. Number of hairs pulled: all of them.

Seriously, I don't know what it is about this song that makes it so hard to gold star. Maybe it's the long solo that makes my usual preference of blast notes + bottle rockets ineffective. Eventually I had to just go with bandmate + flame notes, ignoring blitz mode almost entirely to focus on maximizing the number of flame notes hit (seriously, those things give a ton of points). Using bandmate with super guitar to get more points out of the crazy solo helped too.

I think that those who still have doubts about the game are going to be very surprised by just how much thinking and strategizing is required to do well in Blitz.

I'm usually not very lucky, but HMX has always been generous and I've gotten my share of codes.

Hoping I'll get a Xbox FB code cause I'm so excited about the new music and I have to start JURY Duty tomorrow.

It's so hard being responsible ;0)

    - I am feeling so left out for the first time... no early code... no play... no blitz... I cry.
Pushing 50 and still rockin' like a teen, only now I can afford it and it takes longer to recover.
