I think I found a bug with RBN songs that are demos. First, I wish they were marked as demos like in RB3 (not really a bug, but a feature request). Second, if you try to play one of those demos, when you hit play song, it pops up with a warning that RBN demo songs can't be played. Well, that makes sense, but the issue is that you lose the coins you allocated for powerups for that song. I think that needs to be fixed, if possible. Also when that warning screen comes up, I wish it didn't make you go back to the main menu and make you sit through the checking downloadable content again.

If anyone else can confirm this is happening to them, that would be great.

I got confirmation of this over IM this morning:

I find this kind of scary. Since they're not marked, all my demos are sitting in the song list like invisible land mines waiting to take my precious coins away. Precccioussssss...

Would be nice if after you unlock all your powerups, your cred would make progress toward coin bonuses. I believe cred doesn't really do anything other than add up for Rock Band World charts, but it would be nice to still have the progress bar in the game and you'd unlock a bonus 1,000 coins or something like that. So occasionally you'd get coin bonuses just for increasing your cred.

- as it is currently constructed, there seems no reason why PS3 & XBL can't have the same leaderboards. So, truly global leaderboards.

LEFTY FLIP, PLEASE! I can't help it that I can use my left fingers so much faster than my right. I never would have bought as much Rock Band DLC (4,000 songs) or played as long as I did with out that feature and I was truly surprised you couldn't flip it in blitz. It's most annoying for me in the drum sections when I have to play quick hi-hat notes with my right hand. For now I am just using it as training to make my weak hand stronger, but still it would be nice.

Also, I wish there was a total song count when you are viewing your library.

If everything (virtually) is done through facebook as the main 'platform', I don't see what the issue is. I would say the people at MS and Sony are smarter, but I am not sure. Anyway, not a hang up for sure.

I just tried playing Hit Me With Your Best Shot on PS3.
I put in my power-ups. The game loads it up and immediately puts me into the pause menu. And I can't resume it. So all I could do was quit.

And now it just happened on my next song after I quit.

Going to try playing without powerups now. Not sure wtf is going on. But this coin system sucks when the game don't work right because it eats my coins and I don't get them back.

Edit: And no. No power-ups selected. Game will not let me play it.

Edit2: Problem solved. it wanted me to change my controller number. Wish the game would let me know that instead of going to a fully navigable pause menu. The entire game was navigable with my controller number. Maybe put a message like "change controller number to whatever".
