i think an average rank score board would be great aswel, or a av. rank just for personal use would be a great addition, only take into account the songs that you have played and not all songs. i think that would be great cos then it would be more of a skill based leader board than just who has the most songs, i do like that there is a total score leader board but an average rank would be a great thing to know.

one thing i think the game is missing at the moment is the number of songs in a section.

on rock band 2 and 3 (not too sure about 1) you can see how many songs are in each section weather it be from a specific artist or how many songs you have GD/5*/4* ect...


i think this is a much needed add on, i know it is not a major part of the game but some people have thousands of songs and it is good to know how many we have left to play or how many we have to improve on.

I agree with this, good idea.... I use that feature all the time on RB3. It would be nice to have, but it's not a deal breaker.

I had this happen but the PS3 wasn't really locked up (I could see animations working), it was just not accepting controller input. WORKAROUND: I discovered that hitting the PS3 button (quickly, to pull up the XMB menu) and then hitting it again make the controller work again.

I'll try that and report back if it worked for me. Thanks for the idea

I have an issue right now with Rock Band World. I started the Boston goal on RB3, then played some on blitz to finish it off but those never showed up.

-The "random song" selection doesn't seem to be overly random. I've had some songs come up as many as 4-5 times while others have yet to come up at all.

I'm not 100% certain, but I think random songs uses the ratings from RB3 to weight the random.

the reason for this is probably because so many people did it at one time and it only shows a few of the most recent plays so it might have updated just before you played the songs and when it updated again many more people played the songs ofter you.

My main issues with the game:

1) the 13 seconds after my lane bonus is tallied untilit goes to the scoring pages. Nothing but cheering that serves no purpose. I don't want cheering, I want to get past the results and play another song.

2) Notes getting obscured by the solo score, checkpoint gate (not AT the gate but notes just past it) and the multiplier marker (really bad in solos).

3) LANE LOOP! Press right once from keys to get to drums vs pressing left 4 times.

I would mention the loosing Blitz buildup my missing a single note or suggest taking off a Blitz "strike" by playing ggod enough in Blitz mode, but thats just being picky. Picky, but out there.

Really cool ideas, though if #3 were to be implemented I'd make it an option you could turn on and off

Also having that game freeze on song purchase glitch happening to me. It goes away after 2 minutes of spamming the d-pad, but still, annoying

I found out what is happening, when you buy a song in the blitz library after each song it reloads your entire library... But it shows no sign of it loading.
This needs to be addressed and fix to work like RB3 does. Once you exit the song section then it reloads. So you can buy 2, 3, 4, or more songs without it reloading after each purchase....

Has anyone inquired about whether Blitz will ever be integrated into the "My Gameplay" on this site? Or will it be strictly a Facebook thing?

I wish the "recommended" tab was more consistently varied. Ever since I finished the Blitz songs, it always just shows me three songs I don't have ("Popular with Friends", "You Might Like", "New Release") and then the rest are "Play Again". It's not even showing me Score War options anymore.

I have something like 600 songs, you'd think the game would recommend that I play some of those instead of the 40 that I've already played.

I always check out the recommended section, but more often than not I end up skipping to the "library" tab and hunting through it for songs I'd like to play. It seems like a wasted feature to me.
