    well i wrote a really long reply and then the site logged me out so i am just going to say.

    for people like me with lots of time on their hands to play a lot more content would not go a-miss. making anything i love the goals but there is not enough of them as each week there is more goals which can be completed within a day or 2, if there was a lot more goals released each week as in 10+ i would like the rock band 3 type goals where there is just hundreds of them scattered all around different parts of the game.

    that i all i was saying and for me i have always wanted to play rock band 3 with a controller seeing as due to health issues it is very rare for me to be able to play rock band 3 for longer than an hour at a time which is why blitz is perfect for me i am just wanting to put a suggestion out there that if it was possible would give people who do play kthe game a lot more things to do with it. rock band 3 can be played on 4 different instruments on base songs and 8 different instruments on the RB3+ songs. that is what i loved most about it, the thing that you only need to play each song once is a bit bad in my opinion which is why i like the goals that make you repeat them i just dont like adding a score that i have already played, which is why on rock band 3 i played on guitar, bass, drums and vox, grant it i sucked at most of it but at least i could play each song 4 times without having to repeat a song i have a score on.

    if they could bring out the goals like they have on rock band 3 where you need to gain coins/cred to unlock as you progress and complete some goals to unlock others would be good cos then they could create literally hundreds of goals instead of bringing out a few each week which can be completed too fast. make it is a long progression to complete the game so to speak.

    i have another suggestion and what is needed is a suggestion for the store and it is a sort option which allows you to hide or show only your purchased songs in the rock band store, i have thought it has been needed since a while before i bought 1k+ songs cos now when i am looking through the store and not searching for a specific song, i have to go through so many pages of purchased songs to just find some songs that i have not yet purchased

    also i think a show only would be good cos then you can check which songs u have purchased but are not in your library if you have had to format your ps3 which i have done twice and had to download all my songs again but there is a few that i have forgotton and had to find again in the store and re-download cos my PSN download list is too long to search through it all.

    Hi, I am new to this forum, and have not read through the entire thread, before posting this. If this has already been mentioned, I haven't seen it, and I might also be posting this in the wrong thread. If so, sorry about that.

    First of all I think Rock Band Blitz is a brilliant and smart way to revitalize the music game genre. But I have two minor issues. First of all, the game tend to freeze over a few times a week, this usually happens after I have spent some time in the store first, and then it freezes when I load the first of the new songs (when I want to play it).

    The second issue is regarding a few songs marked as on sale, and still costing full price. I am based in EU (more accurately in Norway), and am a PS3-user. While I have spent quite some money in your store, I cannot buy everything either. And I were quite happy to suddenly find out some songs were free (Free pack 1). Later I linked my account to facebook, and found out through the "cheap bastard"-goal that there were even more free songs. Though to my suprise only two were actually free ("Miranda Cosgrove - Headphones On" and "Vesuvius - Promised land"). The other two ("GlaDos - I'm Still Alive" and "Stephen and the Colberts - Charlene (I'm right behind you") was fully priced, even though they even are marked as on sale. I believe it is a mistake here.

    Not to be ungrateful, but my girlfriend and myself are loving this game, and every extra song we can get is a nice bonus. If it were just a limited offer, I think it's weird we got the other two for free. Anyway, I also believe The Offspring with Self-Esteem is wrongly priced. It is also marked as on sale, but you must pay full price. That Offspring song is even in a pack with three other songs, and that pack is marked as on sale, and that price is correct for a three-song-pack on sale.

    I'm turning to this forum, because I could not find an e-mail address to directly contact someone. In any case, I will comment you on this game. And I really hope you'll consider making an add-on pack with more songs, powers, trophies/achievements and perhaps add a two-player function (both co-op and against each other, like a battle or something. Perhaps through a split-screen or something like that).

    Hopefully the right person will see this post, or it may be moved to the right place, if I have missed the correct thread for this post. Thanks in advance!

    those are a few known problems, when the sale started, everything that was released was changed to $0,99. this includes the free songs available.

    i dont know if it just shows up with a price in the store or that it actually cost that price (will get to this in a sec). but you should be able to get them for free anyway once the sale ends.

    as for the wrong price on the offspring song. there are a few songs that say they cost $2 while they should be one. i can understand if you dont want to risk this. and it would be better to wait for someone else to confirm this (on the particular song would be best) but if i remember correctly then it should only take $1 from your account even though it says $2. again, not saying i'm 100% sure about that.
    this might also be the case for the free songs, but again. wait till other people verify this as well

    as for the freezing. it only appears frozen.
    for some reason it doesn't show how much progress it's making when loading new songs after you leave the store, like it does when you start up the game. just leaving it like that for 10 minutes should fix it.

    Don't make it so you have to pay 550 coins again every single time you restart. And don't give me "don't restart then as an answer". I'm sorry but blowing a big jackpot/flame in about a minute in a 8-10 minute song I am going to restart the damn song. The coin system makes it so I am always bankrupt because I like to restart songs instead of having to finish the whole entire song. In a game that's all about competitive scores this is bull. Unless you are one of those people that only focus on playing goals and NEVER EVER restarting a song and don't try to get top scores on the leaderboards(which is probably most of the people here who say they have 100k-400k+ coins.) you are always going to be short on coins because restarting takes all your coins away very quickly.

    It seems that this game and coins favors those who do facebook goals and buy every single DLC song so they are always only sight reading and getting the double coin bonus and facebook goals coins. If you don't have any of that you can get

    600 coins per song if you GS it. But it costs 550 coins to play a song with full powerups. So you get 50 coins.

    When you restart a song you get nothing. That 550 is gone. So when you play a long or very difficult song or going for a really high spot on the leaderboards, you might be restarting up to 4-5 times a song. That's 2750 coins gone from that song. I will restart a song if I blow a 60k+ Jackpot because It's a complete waste of time finishing the last 5-6 minutes of the song even when I already know it's impossible to beat the score I am trying to beat.(Whether it's my own score or someone else). If you were going for an FC in Rock Band 3 and the hardest section is at the beginning of the song, would you play the entire song every single time? No, you will restart until you get it. And that game is focused less on competition than blitz.

    This is why I am always bankrupt and I know I am not the only one in this situation. I shouldn't have to play Charlene over 100 times of my Blitz Career just so I have enough coins to restart a song or get a really crazy GS.

    TL;DR Don't make restarts cost the full 550 coins. If anything make them cost 50 coins

    i still dont see how anyone can be short on coins since the tweak.

    and for the record. i never do goals, score wars etc. and i do go for top scores.

    You must always be sightreading songs and or you never restart on songs. Do you ever use restarts? I can never gain coins because restarting is extremely expensive and the restarts add up fast.

    5 restarts (either on 1 song or a combination.) = 2750 coins lost.
    To make that amount of coins back without relying on SRing new songs, goals, and score wars you have to Gold Star 55 songs. Yes exactly 55 songs to get that amount of coins that you lost from only restarting 5 times.

    50 coin profit from goldstarring a song is very unbalanced. Especially when you get a 550 coin lost from restarting. Which is more than 10x the amount that you gain for GSing a song you already played.
    and 50 coin loss from 5*ing a song(which I rarely do btw except going for a very select few GSs..none of them are HMX songs btw)

    And I don't restart every song either because either I can't cause I am already bankrupt or I just don't. However there is always a few songs I like to get competitive scores and I will restart if I break 1 jackpot because that's almost always the difference between getting the score you want or wasting time finishing the song. The restart penalty is WAY TOO HIGH. 1 restart = GS eleven songs.

    The restart problem is the only thing that's really bad about the coin system. If you never restart a song then you obviously won't have a problem with this.
