Well in the peer to peer thread the request to have a stiky thread detailing the XMB issue and the RCS issue was denied, so little miss snarky it isn't just because "nobody asked the mods".
I'll stand corrected that there is a thread of this very title in the RB section. I will stand by by original statement though the reason there are no stickied threads on the other topics is for exactly the reason I stated.
