We downloaded it about an hour or so ago. They are probably getting ready to publish the update now. Don't get too mad though. There seems to be a major problem with the release though. You can only play the three demo songs in the FULL version of the game. I downloaded the game and paid my 14.99. It gave me the demo and an unlock file. I installed both and then started the game. It asked me to download the soundtrack for RB3....so I did. Then I started the game and all that was available was my DLC and the 3 demo songs!!!

    Grrr....

Those are the only songs on the game itself. When the store updates, you should be prompted to download a file that contains all 25 songs for RB3 (which will let you play the 22 you're missing).

Thanks, Magnet pointed that out in another thread. I started the download on that...but it didn't finish when I started up the game again.

I thought it was just for RB3. Silly me!

I have yet to be presented the option to download the soundtrack.

I'm warming up to the game; calibration and finding which control scheme works best for me ("Freakish") helped. I really wish I had these three songs to play in RB3--can't wait until tomorrow when I can buy it on XBLA.

I finally was able to navigate through their crappy store and buy Blitz. Looks like this will take about 12 hours to download via wireless. Just curious...do you guys have your PS3's hard-wired to the internet? I can't imagine having it download in under an hour. Maybe I should think about foregoing the wireless route...

Between this download and the upcoming song pack, this seems to be a couple day affair.

Are you on dial up or something? Wireless took me 5 minutes to download the core game

Downloading it now. Off to work... (FU**!)

Funny, I expected my first blue balls experience to involve handcuffs. It's windy and raining due to leftover storms of Issac, so tonight should be pretty boring.

No, I have Comcast and working off a wireless router. I have no idea what the issue is with my internet. I'm going to need to go wired I guess. I am currently at 2%!!!

Yes, hardwired gigabit connection, 3 minutes to d/l.

Seems like a sweet game so far, although I really bought it for RB3 tracks.

    Rock on!
