    Okay, I can confirm this works so for future reference.

    If you share a console or account on PS3 and did not make the purchase on your account, make sure to download the Blitz soundtrack off the purchasing account to get the Blitz songs.

    Ok so I downloaded Blitz and it prompted me to download so I did, but it hung up at 97 % and never finished then I exited and it won't try to re download the songs, I tried deleting the game and redownloading but it still won't get the songs, what do I have to do.

    If you started the download, it's in your download history. Go to that, and you'll be able to restart your download.

    Are yon on PS3? If so, have you installed the song pack from the XMB?

    If on Xbox, did you initiate the download of the song pack (no further action is needed on Xbox)? They download separately from the game.
