I just started the download off the xbox.com website. I'm in California, so some west coasters should be able to get it. May not appear right now for everyone though.

Rock band blitz in now out on the US and GB store online (Website) I've just checked the store on the dashboard, but it isn't there (GB, not sure about US), so if you're looking to get it, head to xbox.com for now

Downloaded mine from the Greece Xbox site, because waiting for it to hit the US site made me impatient.
