Importing the songs.

For the life of me I cannot find anything on importing rock band(1&2) songs into rock band blitz. If anyone could explain how to do this it would be helpful.

(PS I saw the page that explains importing to rock band 3 through a redeem code option and buying a license; but i do not see a redeem option in blitz so I haven't bought the transfer license fearing it's a waste of money and time.)

You do the license the same way as you'd do it when exporting tracks from RB1 to RB2 and RB2 to RB3. Once you do the exporting process, the songs end up on your hard drive and they are automatically playable by RBB.

It varies a bit from platform to platform. And, best as anyone can guess, you need to use RB3 to export RB2 on Xbox 360. As I understand it, not so for PS3. RB1, Lego, Green Day, and track packs export from themselves and definitely don't need any other RB game.
