    ....More Linkin Park?

I'm not one to complain about DLC, but I get peeved when an artists gets two packs before a plethora of amazing potential artists haven't gotten any. This is about VARIETY, which is something that concept doesn't present very well. (Also, coincidentally, Linkin Park doesn't present variety very well either)

    Such boring Rock Band music....

Okay, I'll stop. I'm happy for all the mainstreamers.
    meh

Though I'm not complaining, you can certainly count me as one of the "classic rock" group. I have a few current songs from groups like Coldplay, 3 Doors Down, Shinedown and a few others, but the fact is that the vast majority of these current rock picks cannot hold a candle to classic tracks from the likes of Foreigner, Journey, Bon Jovi, Rush, Styx, the Scorpions, Van Halen, Boston, Whitesnake, and tons of other classics from the 70's and 80's.

Oh dear god no. Presumably this brand of mediocre tosh sells well.
Never mind there's always next week for more MOR bullcrap.

For that line of thinking to be at all logical, we would literally never be able to get a second pack from any artist, forever.

Is that really what you'd prefer?

Linkin Park 01 didn't come out a month ago, you know. It came out a year and a half ago.

Right there with you sir. I like all types of music old and new but this just leaves me cold.

Well, it's cool that you like those bands, and I'm sure you're anxiously awaiting those guys in the same way that I'm anxiously awaiting more mainstream hip-hop. I'd be willing to guess you'll get what you like before I will.

With that said, I know any number of people that would take Linkin Park over Rush five days a week and twice on Sunday.

I really think there's only ever an issue about this when one person decides two things simultaneously: (1) their taste in music supercedes everyone else's, and (2) HMX should cater to that person's tastes, and is "wrong" for not doing so.
