Don't worry... The Aggies right now are an aberration. Next year they should o back to their normal selves... At the same time, thank god they jumped shipped to the SEC this season or they would have totally crushed the Horns.
You guys have a bunch of talent. AND y'all get up to play us most years when the weird situation like this arises. If y'all have a running QB y'all will be able to score. Gotta stop saying y'all.

Ill take a one point win.

Stafford had a good game, easy to do against the softest team in the NFL. Their schedule gets quite brutal after next week's game in Jacksonville.

As for being a fan of the team softer than Charmin Ultra, I must say that was embarassing and every player besides Lynch and Wilson deserve to be cut after that pathetic performance.

My high school has never had a football team. We were big enough, I'd imagine (350-400 kids in a graduating class), but being from where I am, it isn't the huge cultural thing that it is in other parts of the country, and it's not always easy/worth it to find practice space.

Basketball was the hyped-up sporting event at my high school. I never went to a game, though; I was too busy running track.

There's a high school a few towns over from where I grew up that dropped the football team for a few years because of lack of participation. I believe they got it back, but it's a small school. Maybe 150 students total, about 35 per grade. Those players have no choice but to play two-way.

I graduated from an art college, and because of that we didn't have a football team, or any sports teams for that matter. I did spend a year at Va Tech, but it was the year before Michael Vick played and took them to the championship game.

I should have stayed one more semester. >.>

The Lions have the talent to beat anybody. It all comes down to execution for them.

No, they're thin at RB and their D is a bit depleted this year.

That said, I agree they can be better than they are. They're undisciplined, and that's the coaches fault. Too many stupid penalties.

Their D line and LB's are good, just their secondary needs help. RB's aren't as important as they used to be, and Leshoure is a serviceable back, at least.

If Detroit had a RB of the caliber of LeSean McCoy or Steven Jackson, they'd be a multi-dimentional offense that would be scary for even the best Defenses to play. As is, they're a collection of talent on parts of both sides of the ball that still have to get better at RB/FB on offense and need an upgrade in their secondaries and possibly linebackers on Defense. They're still in better shape and further along in building a complete team than my Seahawks are.

Great. Somehow UT wins against Tech, and now everything's all honky-dory all over again with Mack Brown...
