Wrong Gamertag linked to Blitz- please help

Hi when I first got blitz I tried to link it to facebook but it would not recognise my gamertag. As I changed it a few months ago I tried putting in my old tag and this one worked, bit weird I thought but hey its tracking what songs I use the problem occurs with goals, I am not awarded coins when I complete goals

Is there anyway to change what gamertag is linked to rock band world on facebook? I really want to get the most out of this awesome game but don't know what to do

Select "Unlink" under your picture on the Friends tab. Then relink with your new account.

definitely something wrong then as there is nothing under my picture besides the word verify above my picture is my old gamertag

You can unlink from the help menu in the game as well.

okay I sent myself the email and the app says We found 1 gamertag. You are already linked to it. TAG Is this you? I click this is not me and the page refreshes but the gamer tag is still registered but nothing happens so gutted.

it does not seem as though the game has actually connected to the app despite the app tracking my songs played
