Hello, i have a problem with my RBB, becouse in game i dont have new music :/ i have only 3 new song and rest song, it download song at the rock band 3.
-- I don't have for example, fun-we are young, elton j- i still standing ...

It should have prompted you to download the songs when you first turned on the game. Try deleting and re-downloading.
